What's new

A running log of what we shipped. Newest first.

v1.3

Microsoft Teams import, carry-forward actions, and Notion push

  • Added Microsoft Teams as a transcript source. Meetings recorded in Teams can now be ingested by dropping the .vtt or .docx transcript into the upload flow.
  • Action tracking now carries open items forward across meetings. If an action from last week is still incomplete when you process this week's meeting, it appears in the carry-forward list rather than disappearing into history.
  • Push to Notion: completed and open actions can now be synced to a Notion database. Each action writes a page with the owner, due date, and meeting context attached.
  • Fixed a parsing edge case where a participant name containing a comma caused owner attribution to break for the rest of that meeting.
v1.2

Router default updated, Linear and Asana push, better due-date parsing

  • The first-pass extraction step now routes to a frontier model by default. Decision and action quality improved measurably, especially in meetings with more than six participants.
  • Actions can now be pushed to Linear or Asana. Each push creates a task with the owner mapped to a workspace member and the due date populated from the transcript extraction.
  • Due-date parsing now handles relative phrases like 'by end of next week' and 'before the Thursday call' in addition to explicit calendar dates.
  • Improved summary length control. Summaries now target 80 to 120 words regardless of meeting length, avoiding the over-compression that was affecting short standups.
v1.1

Owner inference improvements, Google Meet import, and calendar metadata

  • Owner inference now resolves first names to full participant names using the attendee list from the calendar invite. 'Sarah' is now matched to 'Sarah Chen' when she appears in the meeting attendees.
  • Google Meet transcripts exported as .txt or .vtt files are now supported alongside Zoom and manual paste uploads.
  • Calendar metadata including meeting title, attendees, and date is used to pre-fill the meeting context field when a calendar integration is connected.
  • Added a confidence indicator next to each extracted action. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for quick review before the action is saved to the tracker.
