Roadmap
Where Sol is going
Directional, not a promise of dates. We ship roughly every few weeks. What is here reflects where the work actually is.
Now
In buildRecurring-meeting series view
A dedicated view that groups all meetings in a recurring series, so you can see how decisions and open actions have evolved across weeks without switching between individual meetings.
Owner reminders on open actions
Optional Slack or email nudges sent directly to the owner of an open action when a due date is approaching or has passed. Configurable per workspace.
Zoom calendar integration
Automatic pull of Zoom meeting recordings and transcripts via the calendar integration, removing the need to export and upload manually.
Search within meeting history
Full-text search across all processed meetings: find every meeting where a topic was discussed, a specific person owned an action, or a decision was recorded.
Next
Coming afterNotion and HubSpot push
Push actions and decisions to Notion databases or HubSpot tasks, with owner and due date mapping. Following the Linear and Asana integrations already live.
Team analytics on follow-through
A dashboard showing action completion rates by person, team, and meeting type, so managers can see where follow-through is strong and where it drops off.
Bulk transcript import
Upload a folder of past meeting transcripts and process them all at once. Useful for teams that want to backfill their action history from an existing archive.
Mobile app (iOS first)
Review open actions, check meeting summaries, and mark items complete from your phone. Designed for the end of a commute, not for transcription.
Later
ExploringSSO and audit log for Business
Single sign-on via SAML or OIDC, SCIM-based member provisioning, and a tamper-evident audit log of all actions taken in the workspace. Business plan.
Calendar-native action reminders
Write open actions directly into Google Calendar or Outlook as tasks, so they surface in the tools owners already check each morning.
Exportable meeting reports
Generate a formatted PDF or HTML summary of any meeting or series, suitable for sharing with stakeholders who were not in the room.
Meeting quality signals
Lightweight signals about meeting health: ratio of decisions to attendees, action density, recurrence of topics without resolution. For teams that want to improve, not just track.
