Every meeting, turned into decisions and owned actions
Sol reads a meeting transcript and, in plain language, produces the decisions made, the action items each with an owner and a due date, and a short summary. Then it tracks whether those actions get done across meetings.
Four things you get back from every meeting
People do not speak in decisions and action items. They interrupt, backtrack, and imply. Sol reads the whole conversation and writes down what was actually chosen and who owns what next.
Decisions
Every choice the group actually made, stated in one plain sentence and separated from what was only discussed. The record everyone can point to later.
Action items with an owner
Each commitment gets the person who took it, pulled directly from the transcript. If no one claimed it, Sol marks it unassigned rather than guessing.
Due dates from what was said
The date each action is due, from the words spoken in the meeting. Not a system default, not a calendar average. Just what was committed to.
A short summary
Two to four sentences a person who missed the call can read in under a minute, instead of scrubbing an hour of audio or skimming thirty pages of notes.
Then it keeps working after the call
Completion tracking across meetings
Open actions carry forward automatically. At the next meeting, Sol checks what got done, what is still open, and what is overdue. Commitments stop quietly slipping.
Model-agnostic routing
Each step routes across frontier and open models for quality and cost. The hard extraction goes to a strong model; a cheaper step goes to a fast one. No single lab to depend on.
Grounded in the transcript
Owners and dates come only from what was said. If the meeting did not name a person or a date, Sol says so. It never invents a commitment or fills a gap.

Sol proposes. You decide.
Sol never assigns a commitment you did not make or invents an owner who was not in the room. The output is short, specific, and easy to read in ten seconds. A wrong read is quick to spot and just as quick to fix.
- Owners and dates taken only from the transcript, never guessed.
- Every action item is one sentence, plain enough to forward directly.
- Unassigned items are marked unassigned, not silently dropped.
- Your transcripts produce your outcomes only, never a shared model.
